QMS Engineer Job in DS Techno Rubber Pvt Ltd at Chromepet, Chennai

Prepare, maintain, review, and update QMS documents, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, formats, and records.

Maintain document control, including document numbering, revision history, approval status, and controlled distribution.

Ensure the availability of the latest approved documents at relevant departments.

Maintain and update the master list of documents and records.

Coordinate with various departments to collect, review, and maintain quality-related documents.

Support the preparation and maintenance of records required under IATF 16949.

Assist in planning and conducting internal audits and follow up on audit findings.

Monitor corrective and preventive action records and coordinate with concerned departments for timely closure.

Maintain training records, audit records, and other QMS-related documents.

Support customer audits, certification audits, and surveillance audits by arranging the required documentation.

Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion and updating of QMS documentation.

Ensure compliance with applicable IATF 16949 requirements and company procedures.
