Job Title: Qualified Registered MALE NURSE for Elder Home Care in Mysuru
Positions: 2
Shifts: 12 hours
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Salary: ₹25,000/month
Job Requirements:
Qualified Registered MALE Nurse
Elder care experience preferred
Mysuru-based candidates only – No travel/relocation
No housing provided
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor vitals and administer medications
Assist with hygiene and mobility
Provide attentive elder care
Key Responsibilities:

Medical Support:
-
Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.

Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen saturation).

Assist in chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, arthritis).

Perform wound care and dressing changes as needed.
-
Provide catheter care, IV line care, or feeding tube care (if required).

Daily Living Assistance:

Assist patients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.

Support with mobility: transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking, repositioning.

Maintain hygiene and prevent bedsores for bedridden patients.

Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance, if necessary.

Emotional and Social Care:

Engage the patient in conversation, reading, or light activities to reduce loneliness.

Observe emotional well-being and report signs of depression or anxiety.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Maintain accurate daily records of vital signs, medication, and patient condition.

Report any sudden health changes to the attending physician or family.

Educate family members about basic care practices.

Safety and Hygiene:

Ensure a clean and safe environment for the elderly at home.

Follow infection control protocols, especially for vulnerable patients.
