Job Description

• Working in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking a hands-on, detail oriented and quality oriented candidate.
  
• This position will be responsible for performing call quality monitoring and leading call calibration sessions with business partners to ensure quality is measured consistently.
  
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the quality program(s) to support ongoing process improvement and customer satisfaction opportunities.
  

• Observe and rate live and recorded calls or spot checking work to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
  
• Identify opportunities for training resulting from monitoring a
  
• Conduct quality assurance sessions
  
• Share insight in relation to quality standards and improvements
  
• Escalate patterns or serious performance issues to management
  

• Minimum Qualifications:
  
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communication).
  
• At least 1-2 years working in a Inbound Chat and  Telemarketing role within the telecoms (or related) industry.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to follow process and provide input when process should be updated for current business environment or goals
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Pro-active, organized, dependable with proven ability to work well in small team.
