As the Learning Systems Quality Analyst, you will be accountable for the quality review, scoring, and formal sign‑off for all authored courseware prior to publication in ALM. This role serves as the final checkpoint, ensuring every learning asset meets defined standards for configuration accuracy, system behavior, and learner‑facing communications before release. You will work closely with the Premium Learning Systems team to enforce quality governance and continuously improve operational workflows—ensuring courseware is authored and published accurately, consistently, and at scale.
