Job Description
Maintained aseptic conditions in sterile manufacturing areas to meet GMP standards and prevent contamination. Prepared microbiological media for testing and sterility assurance in a pharmaceutical environment. Conducted microbiological tests on food and pharmaceutical enzymes, including microbial limit tests and detection of Salmonella and E. coli. Evaluated lactic acid production by lactic acid bacteria through titration. Operated lab equipment such as autoclave, pH meter, water bath, incubator, desiccator, hot air oven, and muffle furnace. Worked with probiotic cultures (bacteria and yeast) using serial dilution techniques for enumeration and quality analysis. Performed environmental monitoring, water testing, loss on drying, and ash content analysis for pharmaceutical compliance.
