Job Description
Test Planning & Design: Developing comprehensive test plans, scripts, and procedures based on project requirements.
Execution & Testing: Conducting manual and automated testing to evaluate software functionality, usability, and performance.
Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs or process gaps using tools like JIRA.
Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and engineers to troubleshoot issues and verify resolutions.
Compliance & Standards: Ensuring products adhere to industry regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA) and internal quality assurance policies.
Reporting & Analysis: Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
