Job Description
Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for Plastic painted parts. • Perform basic quality tests according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Perform FPA LPA activity for plastic injection molded parts. • Support calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments. • Monitor data by using X bar R chart and calculate SPC. • Inspect L a b” value of painted parts by using BYK (Spectro photo meter). • Do Adhesion test and give FPA to ensure product quality. • Monitor manufacturing or operational processes for adherence to quality standards. • Identify deviations from specifications and report them to senior engineers. • Participate in process audits and quality checks. • Making Q-alerts and providing training to all concerned members against NC. • Conduct training program for new joiners.
