- Previous experience in Life insurance sales role preferable
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- 2-3 yrs of prior work experience in contact center

- Quality Audit Feedback - Providing feedback to the team on call quality and area of improvement
- Error Reduction - Team to conduct a consolidated study from the audit feedback - Weekly
- New Hire - Product Training for New Hires
- Product - Process Updates
- Refresher Trainings - post TNI/TNA -
- PKT Management - Monthly
- Error consolidation tracker (Maintaining error's tracker)
- Escalation Management
- Internal Audits
