- Need to do Quality checks of call center (Inbound/Outbound), Back Office operations, UW
- Should be familiar with the audit sheet (Critical/noncritical error)
- Required to compile audit results of the team in excel.
- Should be able to handle a team /mentor a team.
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in transactional quality
- Should have good aptitude, experience and knowledge of transactional quality
