Quality Analyst:
- Job Openings for Quality Analyst in G7CR
- The Quality Analyst position involves the following duties:
- 30 calls per day should be Audited with Feedback to agents
- Red Band Reduction (< 10% )
- Monthly Test Scores 95% (self & Team)
- Call calibration score should be 100%
- Maximum Fatal error 5% for the month
- Accordingly, we will be looking for the following skills and prerequisites:
- Should possess very good communication skills & computer savvy
- We are looking for a profile with energy and enthusiasm
- Experience: 1 yr Experience
- Qualifications: Undergraduate / Graduate
- No of positions: 10
- Salary: Up to 20 k per Month depending on your caliber.
