Job Description
To Monitor the Call Quality of the Relationship managers on regular basis and send the report to manager after evaluating their performance which will help managers to identify problems and resolve it.Coach the account Manager on the performance parameters with constructive feedbacks and help them improve in terms of revenue generation.
