Job Description

Job Responsibilities;

  • Audit inbound and outbound transactions as per the internal quality guidelines.
  • Ensure that regular reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide clear, concise and accurate information in response to enquiries from other departments.
  • Liaise and ensure good working relationships with other key management personnel e.g. operations, sales and training.
  • Conduct mock call sessions to certify new advisors before they go live.
Skill /Competencies;
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of staff/management must have excellent written and verbal skills: English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable in working with both qualitative & quantitative data/information
  • Good analytical ability.
  • Should be self-driven and be able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Should have good multi-tasking and decision-making skills
Notes:
  • Transport is not provided by the company for this role.
  • The role doesn’t have any incentive other than the salary.
  • The selected person will be required to work on a Rota basis (including Saturday & Sunday).
  • The selected person will be on probation for 3 months before getting confirmed for this role.
  • Shift timing will be 11:00 AM to 8PM (IST).
