Job Description
Job Responsibilities;
- Audit inbound and outbound transactions as per the internal quality guidelines.
- Ensure that regular reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide clear, concise and accurate information in response to enquiries from other departments.
- Liaise and ensure good working relationships with other key management personnel e.g. operations, sales and training.
- Conduct mock call sessions to certify new advisors before they go live.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of staff/management must have excellent written and verbal skills: English
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable in working with both qualitative & quantitative data/information
- Good analytical ability.
- Should be self-driven and be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Should have good multi-tasking and decision-making skills
- Transport is not provided by the company for this role.
- The role doesn’t have any incentive other than the salary.
- The selected person will be required to work on a Rota basis (including Saturday & Sunday).
- The selected person will be on probation for 3 months before getting confirmed for this role.
- Shift timing will be 11:00 AM to 8PM (IST).
