ITIL Certified
Conducts Call quality audits and monitor voice calls on a daily basis.
Provides effective feedback to the service Desk team team as per findings.
Works in close conjunction with operations manager to ensure better quality delivery on an ongoing basis
To conduct and initiate weekly/monthly team and client meetings on a regular basis to ensure all problems are dealt with effectively & efficiently
To identify training/coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager
To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gapsIMSI
