Job Description :
- ITIL Certified
- Conducts Call quality audits and monitor voice calls on a daily basis.
- Provides effective feedback to the service Desk team team as per findings.
- Works in close conjunction with operations manager to ensure better quality delivery on an ongoing basis
- To conduct and initiate weekly/monthly team and client meetings on a regular basis to ensure all problems are dealt with effectively & efficiently
- To identify training/coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager
- To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gapsIMSI
