of 7 QC tools
- Customer / Quality Focus, proactive
approach to problem identification
- Result Oriented
- Quality Audit - Voice and Mail audit
for Customer Support Candidates with minimum.
- 1-5 years experience in Customer
Service domain with QA role exposure
- Effective communication and able to
share feedback with agents
- RCA on process improvement part and
share feedback with team leads Drive collaboration & calibration session
- Hiring for qa profile.
- Proper day shift.
