Quality Analyst

To Communicate with clients and understand their requirements and expectations, before and during the project execution with support from other Senior Management
Getting all projects done from teams by planned team member(s) allocation and physical resource allocation for timely delivery of projects, while keeping Management updated via email updates and verbal conversation.
Develop a positive ZERO MISTAKE culture in creative delivery in the organization.
Go through the software requirements and get clarifications on the doubts
Become familiar with the software under test and any other software related to it
Understand the master test plan and/ or the project plan
Analysis and identifies moderately complex and competing business requirements across business functions.
Drives prioritization of project requirements
Develops requirements plans and schedules
Writes project documents (e.g., business cases, requirements, SOP and test cases)
Support the team with testing or support tasks as required
Keep himself/ herself up-to-date on the overview of the development technology tools
