• Company's business is to provide service extension on Insurance to the North American Agencies.
• Therefore, time-bound transactions are to be carried on by the Process Department.
• The job of Quality Analyst is to ensure all tasks/ transactions are checked within the deadline, the identified errors are being appropriately reported to the Operations Team to ensure error-free work is delivered.

• Quality checking of transactions as per set target 
• Error Reporting  
• Giving Feedback on Error

Important Terms & Conditions

• Night Shift: The job role requires you to work in continuous night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM IST) with occasional day shifts (12 PM – 9 PM).
• Bond: Selected candidates are required to sign a bond for 1 year to stay with the organization.
