Job Role: Quality Analyst
Roles & responsibilities: Must have minimum 1 – 2 Year experience of monitoring, evaluates and /or audits a outbound calls. Real time feedback sharing to the agents.Deliver feedbacks on all audited transactions within specified timelines.
Lead call calibrations & call listening sessions within the teams.
Exceptional listening skills required. Share TNI for refresher sessions with training teams. Drive Project improvement initiatives through Projects.Strong team player who exhibits patience as well as the ability to help team members.Ability to adopt frequent changes as per business requirements.
Outcall & analyse C-SAT reports.Should be good with preparing RCA & identify trends to improve sales calls.
