We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team, specializing in assessing the quality of dubbed videos. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying audio and visual discrepancies, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality. 

Roles and Responsibilities 
1. Evaluate dubbed videos for accuracy and quality, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations. 
2. Conduct thorough audio and visual checks to identify any errors or inconsistencies in the dubbing process. 
3. Collaborate closely with editing teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner. 
4. Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards for dubbed videos, striving for continuous improvement. 
5. Generate detailed reports documenting quality assessment findings, including recommendations for improvement. 
6. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and best practices. 
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in dubbing technology, incorporating relevant knowledge into quality assurance processes. 

Skill Set 
1. Bachelor's degree 
2. Proficiency in video/audio editing software 
3. Familiarity with international dubbing standards and practices is a plus
