KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To prepare beat plan for the cycle & to visit outlet as per the beat plan
- Imitating as actual customers in a mystery shopping
- To maintain mystery element without revealing his/her id
- Going to stores/outlet and finding specific products assigned to him/her
- To observe all required information as per checklist
- Capture complete information via online/offline mode and sharing alerts
- Daily reporting to the supervisor
