Quality Analyst/QC Engineer 

·         To ensure that proper methodology and instructions and followed in the execution of various activities. And   To check workmanship or to  impact training and or co-ordinate for training

·         Responsible for the interaction with the owner. Agencies. Sub-contractors and internal departments on quality-related matters including performance activities such as audits. Program setup. Program. Planning. And  extreme awareness of quality manuals comprising of all items of QA

·         Assigned with submitted quality documents month-wise with attached RA bill copy.       

·         Monitoring the construction quality of  work done by conducting various tests involving Earthwork (backfilling compaction test, MDD.OMC),

·         Responsible for Testing of aggregate Viz:-shape Test, specific Gravity, AIV, Ten percentage fines value. and cement testing like that IST &FST.NC, CT etc.

·         Construction of Reinforced Concrete and Plane cement concrete. Like checking the temperature of the mix at the time of pouring,workability testing,compressive strength testing etc. and  checking of Grouting material,

·         Assigned with the supervision of Bore piling and Pile Load Testing.(Vertical, Pullout, Lateral)

·         Assigned with the supervision of site and  preparation of method of statement all works and quantity reconciliation

·         Execution and construction of all activities on that stretch and bringing the day-to-day problems to the notice of seniors to sort them out.

·         Verification of the executed work with the technical specifications, sub-contractors' billing, and measurements for the works done at the site.

·         Verification of the Initial structure condition survey to match and check with the details given in the DPR to bring out the differences/deficiencies.

·         Assigned with submitted quality documents month-wise with attached RA bill copy.
