Job Description
- Quality Control:
- Inspections: Performing visual inspections of products or materials to identify defects or issues.
- Testing: Assisting with conducting tests on products or materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and findings.
- Data Entry: Entering data related to quality control activities into databases or spreadsheets.
- Reporting: Preparing reports summarizing quality control findings and issues.
- Quality Assurance:
- Process Support: Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and systems.
- Training: Supporting the training of new staff on quality control procedures.
- Problem Solving: Assisting in identifying and resolving quality issues or problems.
- Compliance: Ensuring that products and processes comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Audits: Assisting with internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Administrative Support:
- Record Keeping: Maintaining records of quality control documents, procedures, and training materials.
- Communication: Communicating quality issues and findings to relevant personnel.
- Coordination: Coordinating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and document even minor defects or inconsistencies.
