Quality Assurance Engineer - Defect/Bug Tracking System Job in Talent connectors at Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:-
Lead the QA testing for new agile project development-
Create Master Test Plan and Test Strategy for projects managed through Agile methodology-
Communicate the ongoing progress of the projects testing effort to the product owner-
Coordinate testing resources for projects developed.-
Assist Agile team with complex problems regarding testing approaches, application knowledge, and technical knowledge-
Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects-
Develop and provide testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard to effectively communicate quality measures and metrics to the project team and management-
Estimate quality assurance efforts on approved projects with QA Manager-
Collaborate with other team members

Qualifications Requirements:-
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Software Testing-
Relational database experience.-
Experience in SQL scripting/programming (ability to write SQL statements without assistance-
Experience in HP QC, HP ALM, HP QTP or related test management tool-
B. Tech / B.E-
Experience in Agile/Scrum-
E-Commerce/Web industry experience-
Certified Software Tester preferred
