Quality Assurance Test Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Exercise critical, quality-oriented, and skeptical thinking about the solution.
Actively acquire information from stakeholders rather than relying entirely on written specifications.
Work effectively to define testable user stories, prepare test scenarios, test cases, and mockup transaction cases.
Execute and automate test cases to ensure future seamless, streamlined processes for efficient onboarding
Accurately evaluate and report test results, test progress, and quality to all involved teams
Respond and adapt to change quickly, including changing, adding, or improving test cases.
Implement a well-structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting.
Constantly look at ways to improve processes and deliverables.
Plan and organize work appropriately to adhere to aggressive timelines and launch milestones
Ensure effective issue-escalation and communication when there is a significant threat to delivery timelines
