Job Description
Auditing targets & daily production and summarizes findings and sharing it with TL / Manager
Provide coaching and guidance based on audit findings, and delivery
Mentor/Transition newly hired representatives to ensure a smooth transition from the learning environment to the daily production environment
Requirement :
Minimum 1.5 years of experience as QA with International Voice process
Excellent communication skills ,Graduation is must.
