Job Description
- Be fully accountable for operations for an area of a factory to produce quality products, on time and to specifications.
- Required to develop, engage and motivate your team of Production Operatives and effectively manage change.
- Costing Controls; ensure department cost is managed appropriately.
- Management and development of QC systems including Raw Materials / Process steps / Packaging.
- To report to MD and Chairman of the company.
