Job Description

  • Be fully accountable for operations for an area of a factory to produce quality products, on time and to specifications.
  • Required to develop, engage and motivate your team of Production Operatives and effectively manage change.
  • Costing Controls; ensure department cost is managed appropriately.
  • Management and development of QC systems including Raw Materials / Process steps / Packaging.
  • To report to MD and Chairman of the company.
