Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Chemietron Clean Tech Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Clean Room Equipment and HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products through inspection, testing, and process monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
-Inspect and verify incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products as per quality standards.
-Prepare and maintain QC documents, inspection reports, and quality records.
-Conduct dimension and thickness measurements for sheet metal fabrication (SS / GI).
-Implement and monitor ISO 9001 quality standards.
-Coordinate with the production team to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
-Handle instrument calibration and maintain measuring tools in working condition.
-Assist in customer inspection and third-party audits.
Requirements:
-Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
-0–3 years of experience in Quality Control.
-Strong knowledge of Measuring Instruments, Finishing Standards, Etc.
-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (AutoCAD / SolidWorks knowledge is an advantage if known).
-Good communication and reporting skills.

We manufacture various kinds of Clean Room Products, Air Pollution Equipments as per the requirements of international standards for a variety of Pharmaceutical units as well as Sterile OT Room for Orthopedic and General Surgeries.

HYGIENO, a division of Chemietron provides all range of Air filters. The range of air filters start from Pre- Filter, Fine filters, HEPA filters, ULPA filters, Pocket filters, Disposable filters and many more.
All these filters are manufactured in-house at Ahmedabad, India. Our manufacturing processes are carried out through automatic machines so as to ensure uniform quality and standard of our products.
