Preparation, Management & Implementation of quality policies
Preparation of work method statements / methodology
Conducting periodic site audits, identifying flaws / short comes, suggesting & implementing correction measures through N.C.R
Daily digital monitoring site quality
Providing training period to the site execution team
Identify new methods & easy implementation of techniques to improve
Regular presentations on new construction trends / new technology & techniques, for management teams.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet the required quality standards
Identify defects or deviations from specifications and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and take proactive measures
Train and guide production and quality assurance teams on quality control processes
Maintain documentation of quality control activities and report findings to management
