Job Description
- Read blueprints and specifications.
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
- Inspect, test, or measure materials.
- Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
- Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of products
- Identify and document defects and deviations from standards
- Work with the production team to understand and resolve quality issues
- Develop and implement quality control processes
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and tests
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
