Quality controller required for press shop. Person recruited will be responsible for FOA/LOA & in-process ( line) inspection in press shop & manage quality control activities related to 4M changes on shop floor.

Responsibilities:
Check product quality and adjust to meet customer deadlines and requirements
Complete daily and continual press maintenance
Load, install and set up tools as required, in line with setup documents.
Resolve basic manufacturing issues.
Provide support to the management by ensuring work is completed to quality standards and scheduled targets.
Maintain performance logbooks for assigned equipment and report deficiencies to the maintenance team.
Support the team leader with documenting material, production and quality control issues.
Maintain a zero-incident safety culture and ensure that company policies and the code of conduct are followed.
Good detail and decision-making skills in order to setup equipment
