QUALITY ENGINEER AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

QUALITY ENGINEER

• Implementation of Quality Management System in organization and Maintaining
  Documentation as per Standards.
• Responsible for checking Incoming Material in Process, Assembly & Final Inspection.
• Handling Customer Complaints, Inspect and rectify return materials.
• Preparation of inspection standard & Quality Assurance plans (QAP).
• Supervising, Organizing and handling manpower and equipment's the execution of
  production as per the planned arrangements.
• Identify areas of improvement for cycle time reduction & do continual improvement through
  shop floor & innovations. Quality alert & works instruction display on boards.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER(ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL)

• Planning & execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs .
• Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics .
• Lead technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implement effective countermeasures.
• Maintain adequate and orderly documentation for maintenance department.
• Handling of multifaceted system: Troubleshoot complex system involving mechanical ,electrical, instrumentation, hydraulics & pneumatics systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, set up, adjustment, repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment supporting manufacturing processes and able to guide and train the technician about the same.
• QUALIFICATION: DIP/BE(MECH/EEE/ECE/PRODUCTION/E&I)
• EXPERIENCE : 0-7 YEARS
• SALARY : NEGOTIABLE
• ARREARS ARE NOT A PROBLEM.
• FRESHERS ARE MOST WELCOME.
