Job Description
Responsible for First Part Inspection with Laser Scoring. • Microscopic inspection of laser scoring of Air bag. • Welding Strength: Performing and maintaining records of Welding Strength of Vibration Welded and Ultrasonic Welded Polymer Parts i.e. Shear Strength, Pull out Strength and Cohesion. • Performing Gap and Flushness of Polymer parts on checking fixture as per customer specific requirement. • Gauge Handling: Push Pull Meter, Vernier, Pin Gauge, Feeler Gauge, Dial Gauge, Micrometre, Taper Scale, Spectrometer • Manpower Handling – 1) Proficient in overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplished of quality targets within time & with cost innovation. 2) Effective communication & team leader combined with flexible and details-oriented attitude with the ability to interact effectively with people in organization.
