JOB DISCRIPTION OF QUALITY ENGINEER:- 

EXPERIENCE : 04-06 Years

Education MAXIMUM: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Annual CTC- 3-3.6 LPA

Location- Delhi NCR region/Ready to relocate

Keywords/Skills:- Quality control, Quality surveying, Plastic injection moulding, root cause analysis, Machine shop, Assembly line.

• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companys management.
• Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation.
• Attend client quality management meetings.
• Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.

5 .Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project qualit management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.

• Defect Analysis using quality tools (i.e. 7 QC tools, five why analysis etc.).
• Responsible for all incoming material inspection activities.
• Responsible for all Outgoing material inspection activities.
• Maintaining data and 5'S.
• Manage the team of QC Inspectors.
• Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
• Monitor statistical method reporting.
