Responsible for Quality assurance amp; control of Aluminium amp;Gasket extrusions,
· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Coating,Anodization amp; other products in fenestration industry.
· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Quality controlof all incoming goods as per drawings amp; standards.
· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Supplier visitfor process audit amp; product inspection.
· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; New die drawing amp; sample extrusion approval.
· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Responsible forusage, maintenance amp; calibration of all the instruments in Quality lab.
· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Prepare actionplans for non-conformance / complaints amp; monitoring of the nbsp; same.
· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Maintainrecords/test reports amp; lab test samples.
· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Promote qualityawareness amongst employees, 3PL amp; suppliers by means of nbsp;training.
· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Implementationof 5S, Safety, FIFO amp; Visual display at Warehouse/ Training Centre.
