Job Summary:-
- Work Experience - 10 Yrs
- Education - M. Sc. or Engineer in Metallurgy
- Ensure that the organizations Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001,14001, IATF and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Implementation and System Master
- Kaizen, 8D Problem Solving, Poka-Yoke, FMEA and other Quality related Tools
- Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the Processed Material.
- Mechanical and Measuring test lab set up skill.
- Hands-on knowledge in operating Measuring and inspection equipment.
- Inspection skills
- Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices/Calibration of Lab Equipment and Process Control Instruments.
- Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
- Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements
