Identify defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare inspection reports, test data, and non-conformance reports.

Coordinate with the production team to reduce rework and scrap rates.

Maintain daily production logs and quality checklists.

Report defects, downtime, and process deviations to senior management.

Ensure proper calibration of measuring instruments and maintain related documentation.
