Job Description
To carry out our in-process Inspection / Final Inspection / Incoming Inspection by reading engineering drawing with quality instruments.
To prepare reports like PDI, Daily process inspection reports,
To carry out a detailed analysis of in-process and assembly rejection and work towards improvement on same.
To ensure zero defects at customer end
To visit customers to attend to complaints. If any.
To face various customer and ISO audits and prepare for same.
To ensure documentation as per laid down procedures.
To ensure compliance of ISO process for quality department.
Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
