Job Description

Quality inspector to be ensure the product, knowledge about visual inspection, PPAP documents, MSA,SPC,CAPA, 7QC TOOLS and etc...
Quality inspector ensure product quality as per the specification and company standards.
Document inspection results by completing reports and logs.
Verify that production processes adhere to prescribed standards.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Initiate corrective actions for any identified non-conformities.
Train production staff on quality standards and procedures.
Participate in quality audits and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with quality standards and testing techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
