Job Description

The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring products to ensure they meet required quality standards, specifications, and safety guidelines. The role involves identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing or production processes.Key Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality and complianceMeasure products using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection toolsIdentify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report them to supervisorsMaintain accurate inspection reports, quality logs, and documentationEnsure products comply with company standards, customer requirements, and ISO guidelinesSupport root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actionsFollow safety, hygiene, and quality procedures at all timesCoordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality
