Reviewing the machine-wise production plan and ensuring the availability of the specification sheet and job card.

Monitoring job-specific quality parameters as per the specification sheet and accurately recording the readings in the online inspection report.

Inspecting and verifying First, Middle, and Last samples as per the sampling and quality plan at each production stage.

Verifying online rejections on a machine-wise basis.

Conducting quality checks of finished goods to ensure they meet required standards.

Approving pallet-wise finished goods by signing the tags.

Identifying and highlighting any issues that fail to meet specifications or do not achieve the required quality parameters.

Verifying rework or segregated materials to ensure they meet quality standards.

Training and educating laborers on quality control processes and standards.

Providing potential solutions to QC issues on the plant floor; if necessary, escalating to higher authorities for resolution.

Conducting raw material analysis in the absence of the designated person responsible.

Performing regular plant inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Maintaining quality standards during the conversion process and post-conversion.

Ensuring the dispatch of finished goods that meet the desired quality standards.
