Job purpose

To ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.

Duties and responsibilities

According to the company's development goals and policies, formulate and arrange the work plan and targets of the Department
Responsible for product quality control plan of department
Responsible for coordinating the implementation of quality work
Ensure quality analysis data are timeliness, accuracy, effectiveness and timely improvement; Responsible for guiding the tracking and monitoring of rework and repair of unqualified products
Responsible for quality improvement and preventive activities
Responsible for organizing the training of departmental quality concept and quality system
Responsible for incoming, process inspection and shipment inspection control
Supervise the operation of the company's quality management system
Responsible for leading quality accident investigation, analysis and improvement, and report to leader in time.
Establish and cultivate core team to ensure the stability of team and system & ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Qualifications include: EducationBachelor degree or above, Major in science and engineeringSpecialized knowledge
Excellent project management skills, Leadership and interpersonal skills

Skills

Must have Good spoken and written communication skills., Also good in MS office
Good team working Skills
The ability to work quickly and efficiently
Experience: Must have at least 6-8 years in manufacturing operations & More than five years working experience in charge of quality team in the manufacture factory with more than 200 people inside
Experience in solar cells / panel manufacturing will be preferred
