A Quality Inspector ensures products meet quality, safety, and performance standards by auditing raw materials and finished goods, using precision tools (e.g., calipers, gauges), and documenting defects. They act as crucial quality gatekeepers, typically working in manufacturing, aerospace, or food industries to enforce compliance with ISO/GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection: Perform visual, physical, and functional inspections on raw materials and finished products to identify defects.
Measurement: Use precision measuring instruments and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, or schematics to verify conformance to specifications.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of inspections, including, reporting, and flagging non-compliant products.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry-specific quality regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
