About the Role & Responsibilities: Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to the quality control functions. Contribute to the development of quality standards for raw materials & in-process products and also product specifications for finished products.

Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the plan of inspection activities related to incoming raw material and in-process materials and components, processes, and finished goods. Ensure corrective actions are taken by the respective departments on the observations made during the quality inspections. Maintain and periodically update the QMS Documents, MIS reports, etc. Inspection of incoming raw materials mechanical & electronics parts. Analysis of the inward inspection test results and Statistical Graphs Reports, awareness of Quality tools. Understand, prepare and follow the daily Quality Inspection Plan. Assist new joiners to understand process and workflow. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Act as a key point of contact for all quality-related aspects of releases, providing quality assurance services and coordinating resources internally and externally. Generating daily, weekly and monthly quality parameters and key project aspectsMeasure product dimensions, examining functionality, and comparing the final product to the specifications.

Salary Range: Rs.15000-25000
