Designation:Executive Customer Cell
Qualification: Degree in Engineering (E & TC, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation)
Experience: (0-3) years’ Experience

Job Description:

To prepare Service Request Forms, Log Book, Challan, Inward/Outward gate pass, etc. and make them available as and when required.
To check the condition of samples while receiving from client or returning to the client after completion of jobs.
Send the job to Sr. Executive for further necessary action.
To ensure safe handling of incoming / outgoing Calibration / Testing items.
To ensure proper handover of Calibration / Testing certificates by post / in person to the customers.
Handling the Front Office responsibilities.
To receive the calls / mails, letters and payments of customers/government authorities and forward the same to seniors for further processing. Maintain record of communication with them in the correspondence files.
To perform any other duties assigned by Senior Management / Staff.
