Job Description
- Take Quantitative classes for competitive exams like CAT/GMAT/GRE/Placements etc. while maintaining the academic quality and be a motivating mentor for the students
- To ensure superlative results through superior academic delivery in the classroom,
- Superb academic delivery of the subject across different programs.
- Ownership of the batch of the students for the subject - feedback, doubts sessions etc.
- Responsible for value addition to students.
- Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment.
- Keeping himself updated on pedagogy and content by interacting with fellow teachers and utilizing trainings and seminars
- Education Qualification: Any graduate or post-graduate education in Arts, Science, Commerce, Management or Engineering streams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Instructional Delivery
-
Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons on quantitative aptitude topics such as Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number Systems, Data Interpretation, Probability, Permutations & Combinations, and Logical Reasoning.

Conduct live and recorded classes, both online and in-person (as applicable), tailored to various exam formats and difficulty levels.

Ensure conceptual clarity through well-structured explanations, examples, problem sets, and interactive sessions.

Use digital teaching tools (whiteboards, screen sharing, LMS platforms) effectively to enhance student understanding and participation.
2. Content Creation

Design and develop comprehensive study material, mock tests, practice worksheets, and quizzes aligned with the latest exam patterns.

Create topic-wise assignments with varying levels of difficulty and provide detailed solution keys and explanations.

Collaborate with the academic team to update curriculum based on feedback, new trends, and evolving test patterns.
3. Student Mentoring and Support

Provide personalized doubt-clearing sessions and performance feedback to individual learners.

Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and recommend customized learning plans.

Motivate and guide students through academic challenges, boosting their confidence and exam readiness.

Maintain open communication with students to understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations.
4. Assessment and Evaluation

Design regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate learning progress.

Monitor classroom engagement, attendance, and assessment outcomes to drive academic success.

Provide constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
5. Collaboration and Professional Development

Work closely with fellow mentors, subject matter experts, and academic coordinators to maintain consistency and quality in teaching standards.

Attend training sessions, workshops, and faculty meetings to stay updated on pedagogical innovations, exam changes, and content development.

Contribute to team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and academic research projects as needed.
