Job Description:
- Approval of construction specifications, construction drawings, reinforcements. Submission of Interim bills to client.
- Checking subcontractor bills and keeping account what we claimed to a client and what we can certify to various subcontractor based on a comparative statement as it is back to back payment.
- Estimation and costing of upcoming projects.
- Guiding tender department by rate analysis for various civil items for filling tender.
- Guiding purchase department to monitor on a project by calculating total material requirement of project.
- Preparing material reconciliation statement.
- Taking off quantities from architectural and structural drawings of all the activities involved till completion of project from start of project at planning stage.
- By rate analysis know the material consumption in project from take off.
- Then knowing the material rates and total material required in project, get the total material cost.
- The items which are given on labor basis, knowing labor rates get the total labor cost. Adding total labor and material cost get the total cost of project.
- Checking bills of sub contractor and certifying bills.
- Checking with client, understanding their needs and make Corresponding changes and calculate extra cost or rebate.liasoning with Consultant and architects.
- Making bar chart for planning of all activities involved in project and showing cash flow for raising fund month wise for civil works and other work.
