Job Description
1. He/she should be proficient in Auto Cad, Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Projects
2. He/she should be able to calculate quantity from Auto Cad Drawing and also from Hard copy of Architectural and Structural drawings
3. He/she should be able to make bar bending schedule (BBS) from drawings and client/PMC instructions.
4. He/she should be able to make Running Account (RA) Bills for Client and for Contractors at site
5. He/she should be able to well versed with Taxation, Debit/Credit Notes pertaining to Client/Contractors invoice.
6. He/she should be able to do correspondence with PMC, Client and Contractors for Billing and other related matter.
7. He/she should be able to take measurements from drawings as well as from Site actual location.
8. He/she should be able to understand basic Civil terminology, Grade of Concrete, type/grade of reinforcement, testing of construction materials.
9. He/she should be able to coordinate with site execution team, site project management team, head office accounts, finance, top management at head office.
10.He/she should be able to follow-up with Client/PMC for Outstanding/Advance payments.
