● Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for procurement and budgeting purposes.
● Scrutinize Maintenance and Material Costs:
● Evaluate maintenance and material costs to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
● Analyze different options for materials and maintenance services to achieve the best quality at the most competitive prices.
● Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate favorable terms and discounts.

● Contract Evaluation:
● Review contracts, including terms, conditions, and pricing structures.
● Identify any potential risks or inconsistencies in contracts.

● Negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
● Continuously monitor and assess market conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
● Strong knowledge of construction plans and quantity estimation techniques.
● Excellent analytical skills to scrutinize maintenance and material costs effectively.
● Proficiency in contract evaluation and negotiation.
● Attention to detail and ability to identify cost optimization opportunities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying.
