Job Description
•Conducted comprehensive analysis of finished and in process sample using LCMS2020(Lab solution) significantly improving
analytical efficiency and contributing to more precise results.
•Routine analysis of sample by GC 2010 and polarimeter.
•Routine calibration of balance, pH meter.
•Hands on experience with Bruker NMR 300MHz( Topspin software),with expertise in basic troubleshooting,assisting
researchers in experimental setup and data acquisition, demonstrating proficiency in NMR experiments (1H, C13, 2D COSY, NOE,
DEPT, VT, HSQC, F19, Quantative analysis).
•NMR Maintenance, Nitrogen filling activity.
•preparing a supporting documents of analysis.
•Authored 20+ SOPs, Collaborated with subject matter experts to implement new SOPs, increasing laboratory efficiency and
ensuring technical accuracy.
•Prepared and reviewed Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and designed risk control matrix. •Handled the internal audit of
commercial sample analysis.
•One point contact for customer interactions for commercial sample analysis of NMR and LCMS, addressing technical issues,
data acquisition, and commercial aspects such as preparing quotations and invoices using Tally software.
