Develop the automotive paints as per customers requirement with the coordination of R&D head office.
Familiar with customers paint shop production process.
Check the paint parameters (testings) like short term and long term testings of paint (liquid and dry film properties) as per customer specifications and solve the issues.
Do the shade matching (Tinting) for new shades, pilot, first bulk and work off batches.
Coduct new trial paints at customer line and get approval from the customers.
Responsibility of analyse paint defects in customer line; improve the existing products and giving support to customers.
Good knowledge about Robotic and manual spray painting system.
Having experience on a preparation of ED Panels by Electrodeposition method.
Develop the formulation for paints, the procedure for parameters testing, application methods, cost evaluation, posting materials and stock checking by using SAP R/3 system.
KAIZEN-providing continuous suggestions for improvement of plant activities and operations
Maintain 5S activity in lab.
