Project: 1.Nano patterning with low temperature process for the production of instant foaming soluble coffee (GAP-026)
RA/1Post
Qualification: Ph.D in Food Processing Engineering/ / Food Science & Technology/ Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology/ Chemical Engineering (or) M.Tech in any of the above subjects with 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from fellowship/associateship/training/
other engagements. Published research papers will be desirable.
2.Project: DFSQT/ CMNSPU

Qualification: M.Tech/ M.E. in Food Process Engineering/ Food Science & Technology/Food Technology/Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology or M.Sc. in the above disciplines or M.Sc. in Food Science & Nutrition with NET or Ph.D in the above disciplines
3.Project: Commercial Sample analysis - DFSQT
SRF/3 Posts
Qualification: Masters Degree in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry and Food Chemistry with NET passed or Ph.D. Working experience in a Chemical Testing laboratory and experience in handling high-tech Instruments are desirable
4.Project: Design and Development of Solar Photovoltaic Powered Cold Storage System (GAP – 025)

Qualification: M.Tech in Food Process Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Agricultural Entomology & Biotechnology preferably with work experience in food
5.Project: Technology development & capacity building in NEERA preservation & value addition -MSME project (GAP-037)

Qualification: B.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology or B.Tech. in Biotechnology
Age Limit : for RA: 40 years for men and 45 years for women as on the date of the Interview
SRF/JRF/PA: 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on the date of the Interview
Application Fee: Rs.500/- (exempted for SC/ST/PWD Candidates)
Consolidated Monthly Remuneration is as follows:
Research Associate: Doctoral Degree Holders-Rs.40,000/- Consolidated (in addition 10% HRA on the consolidated amount)
Master Degree Holders-Rs.38,000/- Consolidated (in addition 10% HRA on the consolidated amount)
Senior Research Fellow/Junior Research Fellow: Rs.25,000/- Consolidated (in addition 10% HRA on the consolidated amount)
Project Assistant: Rs.12,000/- Consolidated (in addition 10% HRA on the consolidated amount)
Selection Procedure: The selection will be based on a short duration written examination followed by an interview.
